1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using SnoreGuard AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
3. Medical disclaimer
SnoreGuard AI is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including sleep apnoea. Snoring can be a symptom of serious health conditions. If you have concerns about your sleep health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are sold through Google Play. By subscribing you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region.
5. Microphone permission
SnoreGuard AI requires microphone access to function. You are responsible for ensuring that any individual who may be recorded — even accidentally — consents to microphone monitoring in your bedroom. We process audio only on-device and never record or store it.
6. Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnoreGuard AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its AI model, code, design, and branding, belong to SnoreGuard AI's developers. "SnoreGuard AI" and the shield logo are proprietary marks.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the App or this website.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
